Having a beautiful mind means having a healthy mind. Feeding the mind with good nutrition and physical exercise is as important as entertaining new ideas. I take vitamins and supplements, eat whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, and stay away from red meat.
I am actively working as an architectural project manager to enhance the environment for youth rehabilitation in the juvenile justice system. When I'm not at work, I am taking photography classes, especially in Photoshop, to learn and keep abreast of computer graphics.
I find that if my mind is more focused on nutrition and how I perform physical movement, I feel healthier and more alive. I need dirt in my hands, good thoughts in my head and music in my ears.
